For Consultants

Access passes give you full platform access for a set period. During that time you can browse verified profiles, send unlimited messages, and arrange placements. When your pass expires, messaging locks automatically to protect data — but you can renew at any time.
With no pass you can browse all published secretary profiles, view qualifications, specialties, and ratings. To message candidates or arrange placements, you'll need an active access pass.
Our verification process includes government-issued ID checks, Enhanced DBS clearance, and professional reference validation. Look for the green 'Verified' badge on profiles.
Yes. Reviews are available after a paid connection with a secretary. This ensures only genuine, post-placement feedback appears on profiles.
Messages are securely archived and become read-only when your pass expires. Renew your pass at any time to continue conversations where you left off.

For Secretaries

Yes, creating and maintaining your profile is completely free. You can add your skills, experience, specialties, NHS systems knowledge, typing speed, languages, and availability at no cost.
A Profile Boost is an optional paid feature that places your profile in the 'Featured' section of the marketplace for 30 days. Featured profiles receive a gradient badge and appear at the top of search results.
To become verified you need: a government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence), an Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one), and at least one professional reference.
Absolutely. You control your hourly rate range, preferred work mode (remote, hybrid, or on-site), location, and availability text. Update these any time from your profile.
Consultants can search by specialty, NHS systems, location, languages, work mode, and more. A complete profile with a photo, detailed bio, and verified status significantly increases your visibility.

Security & Privacy

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Our platform is fully GDPR compliant and hosted on secure, UK-accessible infrastructure via Supabase and Vercel.
Published secretary profiles are visible to registered consultants. You can unpublish your profile at any time to hide it from search results. Personal contact details are never shared — all communication goes through our secure messaging system.
DBS certificates are uploaded securely and reviewed by our admin team. Documents are stored in encrypted storage and access is strictly limited to authorised administrators.
We use only essential cookies for authentication and your consent preference. We do not currently use any third-party analytics. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

Billing & Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Access passes are non-refundable once activated. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.
No. Our pricing is fully transparent. Consultants pay only for access passes, and secretaries pay only for optional Profile Boosts. There are no commission fees, placement charges, or recurring subscriptions.
